Audioutdoor’s general assembly appoints new board of directors. Giovanna Maggioni confirmed as president for the next three years

During its meeting on Wednesday, April 2, Audioutdoor’s General Assembly appointed the new Board of Directors that will govern the JIC for the next three years.
The elected board members nominated by the shareholders are:
GIORGIO CARAFA COHEN, ALBERTO COPERCHINI, GIOVANNA MAGGIONI, DEBORA PAGLIERI, and RAFFAELE PASTORE representing UPA.
STEFANO DEL FRATE, ENRICO GIROTTI, LORENZO MALEGORI, FABIO NOBILI, and ROSSANA RUGGINENTI representing ASSAP servizi di UNA.
STEFANIA DI GIACOMO representing IPAS.
FABRIZIO DU CHÈNE DE VÈRE representing IGPDecaux.
RINO ALESSI, FRANCO MERONI, and VITTORIO RANDACCIO representing AAPI.
NICOLA LUSSANA and DANIELA VALENZA were appointed upon proposal by the President.
GIOVANNA MAGGIONI was unanimously confirmed as President of the organization. In accepting the renewed mandate, she emphasized the growing importance of out-of-home media in corporate planning strategies, thanks to Audioutdoor’s innovative tools, timely data systems, and continuous audience updates provided to the market over the years.
Innovation will remain a core focus of the JIC’s work over the next three years, along with the increasing quality and sophistication of the information available to companies and media agencies.
During the same meeting, the company’s statutory auditors were also appointed:
CLAUDIO SANTAMBROGIO as President of the Board of Statutory Auditors, and ANTONELLO DE GENNARO and MICHELA MAZZOLENI as members.
